Marco Travaglio racconta, nel consueto stile satirico, gli ultimi anni di storia italiana: ovvero come i poteri marci della politica, della finanza e della sottostante “informazione” hanno ribaltato il voto degli italiani ogni volta che chiedevano un cambiamento e l’hanno trasformato in restaurazione, facendo risorgere l’Ancien Régime nelle forme più varie: quelle tecnocratiche di Monti e Draghi, quelle finto-progressiste di Letta e Renzi, quella destrorsa di Meloni&C. risorta dopo il Conticidio, cioè il rovesciamento dell’unica formula di buon governo in grado di battere la destra.
Sullo sfondo, l’eterna sovranità limitata dell’Italia genuflessa ai falchi europei e agli Stati Uniti, che ci trascinano regolarmente in guerra contro i nostri interessi a suon di bugie: da quelle sui ceti più deboli da colpire per far quadrare i bilanci dei ricchi e dei ladri, a quelle sull’Ucraina, la Russia, Israele, Hamas e la Cina.

reborn after the Conticide, the reversal of the only formula for good governance capable of defeating the right. In the background, the eternally limited sovereignty of Italy, bowing to European hawks and the United States, who regularly drag us into war against our interests with lies: from those about targeting the weakest classes to balance the budgets of the rich and thieves, to those about Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Hamas, and China.

Marco Travaglio revient, dans son style satirique habituel, sur les dernières années de l’histoire italienne : comment les forces corrompues de la politique, de la finance et de l’« information » sous-jacente ont perverti le vote italien à chaque fois qu’elles ont exigé un changement, le transformant en une restauration, ressuscitant l’Ancien Régime sous diverses formes :
les régimes technocratiques de Monti et Draghi, les faux progressistes de Letta et Renzi, et le régime de droite de Meloni et consorts, renaissant après le Conticide, renversement de la seule formule de bonne gouvernance capable de vaincre la droite. En toile de fond, la souveraineté éternellement limitée de l’Italie, soumise aux faucons européens et aux États-Unis, qui nous entraînent régulièrement dans des guerres contraires à nos intérêts par des mensonges :
