Con l’aiuto del coordinatore, lo scrittore e saggista Nicola Fano, il cast guiderà gli spettatori attraverso i temi centrali dell’opera: potere, ambizione e manipolazione. The meeting with the audience will be dedicated mainly to the analysis of William Shakespeare’s Richard III, rather than to its staging. With the help of the coordinator, writer and essayist Nicola Fano, the cast will guide the audience through the central themes of the play: power, ambition, and manipulation. Some key passages will be read and commented on in order to understand the psychological complexity of the protagonist, Richard III. The actors will share reflections on language, monologues, and the dramaturgical construction of the character. The focus will be especially on the word and the structure of Shakespeare’s text. There will also be discussion about the historical and political context in which the play was written. The audience will be invited to take part with questions and observations.
